Laud Management is a Mother Agency that starts with the love we have for ourselves…first and foremost. Jaszmin Williams founded Laud in January of 2023 to give true support, transparency, and tools for those who choose to embark on this wonderful modeling journey.

 

With 10 + years at the best agencies in the world under her belt including Ford Models, Next Models, Platform Amsterdam, and Natural Models, Jaszmin wanted to continue her scouting and development work in a more personal way. Some of the models scouted by Jaszmin have  graced the runways/campaigns for Celine, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Good American, Adidas, Nike, Savage x Fenty, and Skims just to name a few. Mental/emotional wellness, clear communication, and planning are all very important factors in the successful development of a model. 

 

As in any valued relationship, it is important to trust and feel safe. We believe in always providing a safe space for any model and/or their loved ones while on this path. As a mother, Jaszmin provides management that feels like family, with a solid foundation and guidance that can be trusted.
